Completing paper work 72 hours prior to the start of a session is essential and required in order for me to do my job with the highest possible quality of service. While paper work is tedious it is necessary and takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. This also allows me to verify your insurance prior to the session. Don't risk losing your appointment because the paper work was not completed 72 hours prior to your appointment.
